We use a rinse-and-soft-brush method with deionized water. No harsh chemicals, no pressure washing, and no abrasive tools — so your panel coatings and warranties stay intact.
How is pricing calculated for larger arrays?
Each tier includes a set number of panels. Above that count, additional panels are billed at $8 per panel per visit. We share the total estimate before you confirm.
What if my roof is hard to access?
A $49 surcharge applies for roofs with 2+ stories, steep pitch, or restricted ladder access. We confirm access requirements when you provide your site details.
Can I switch from one-time to a recurring plan?
Yes. After your first visit, you can move to a quarterly Home Care plan at any time. Your visit history carries over.
What does the service report include?
Every report includes before/after photos, checklist results, performance spot-check data, flagged findings, and concrete recommended next steps — all in a downloadable PDF.
Do you handle repairs?
Our scope is visual inspection and cleaning, not electrical diagnostics or repairs. When we find something that needs attention, we document it clearly and can refer you to qualified partners.
